The white wine Campo Le Calle Soave DOC, vintage 2017 from the winery Ilatium Morini has been rated in 2018 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Garganega from the region Veneto in Italy.
Very rich straw yellow colour with a shimmering core. An appealing and fragrant nose of brioche, fresh apple, pear, then in the background mirabelle and white blossom, it is a complex bouquet. Opening elegantly on the palate with lots of creaminess, unfolding broadly and across the whole tongue. It builds nicely to the climax, and it seems endless in the finish.
