Villanoviana was founded in the heart of the DOC Bolgheri, out of a passion for good wine and the desire to cultivate the land and respect nature and the environment. Since 2006, the founders Marco and Barbara have been working on joint projects and personally overseeing all stages of production. They use organic methods such as the Bokashi technique, which uses natural compost to improve plant health and the properties of the soil. Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Vermentino and Viognier grow on nine hectares of land.
