Elegant ruby red. Has clear hints of red pepper on the nose, slightly green-floral ivy, then a lot of redcurrant, in the background, light pepper and soft leather savoury note. On the palate very juicy and clear, with precise elderberry, dense and tightly-knit, slightly salty towards the end with a clear aftertaste.
