Tasting from 27.08.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red. Lovely, finely marked nose of ripe cherries and ripe raspberries, flanked by soft savoury nuances. Round and enticing! On the palate, an elegant onset and mouthfeel with tightly woven tannins, displaying graceful tension, clarity, and red berry tones that accompany the gustatory feel. Tenderly warm and polished finish.
