One can puzzle over the logic of the name "House in a Tower": The building, which dates back to a former castle, looks like a manor house with a tower - in Bordeaux it would be called a "château". This would not be inappropriate, given its more recent use: the former wine merchant Bernd Siebdrat has been producing wine here since 2006 on steep slopes that were praised at the beginning of the 20th century, but then fell into disrepair and had to wait a long time for a brave person to revive them. And the wines do not disappoint: take a look at the ratings!
