Elegant onion skin colour in the glass. Aromas of pink roses, raspberries and fresh curd on the nose, also lemon balm. Fresh and juicy on the palate, with delicate notes of pink grapefruit and lime sorbet. The finish is excitingly long with a delicious acidity.
