The white wine Simply White, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Haus im Turm has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 89 - 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Weißburgunder, Rivaner from the region Mittelrhein in Germany.
Pale colour in the glass, delicately glittering. Also delicate on the nose with fresh aromas of herbs. On the palate there is an impressive acidity, very juicy, pome fruit and white currants, also stimulating bitter almond notes. Short and strong, dry finish.
