The blanc de noirs »Vince«, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Haus im Turm has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Mittelrhein in Germany.
Delicate rosé in the glass. Discreet aroma, sweet cherry, raspberry, pomegranate, wet stone, herbal savouriness. Slender and slightly dancing on the palate, clear fruit, textured base, fine interplay of sweetness and acidity, subtle spiciness, a lovely companion on a warm summer evening.
