Tasting Notes
Clear, intense light gold with a persistent mousse. Fine and inviting nose of burnt butter, baked apple, ripe Kaiser Alexander pear, with hints of hazelnut, oyster and iodine. Very complex palate with balanced mousse, fine fruit core, noble and elegant, multi-layered, long and salty on the finish.
