It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir from the region Franciacorta in Italy.
Pale straw yellow with green reflections and persistent mousse. Baked apple, candied bergamot and a hint of pineapple on the nose, with fine yeasty notes on the finish. Rich on the palate with golden fruit, subtle mousse and plenty of structure, with candied citrus fruit at the back, very grippy.
