Pale straw yellow with a persistent mousse. Very multilayered and complex on the nose, finest yeast notes, butterscotch, brown bread and ripe mango on the aftertaste. Wonderfully balanced on the palate, in fine harmony, elegant play between mousse, fruit and acidity, unfolds beautifully, tight on the finish.
