Tasting Notes
Rich shimmering salmon colour with pink reflections. A pronounced nose, with notes of blackberry jelly, cassis and meadow herbs, some hay and chestnut puree, with a little chocolate in the background. The palate is pleasant, with a well integrated mousse, good drive, finishing on tart savoury notes and with good length.
