Medium yellow gold with silver reflections and fine, persistent mousse. Yellow fruit on the nose, with apple and mango underlaid by pastry, white flowers and a mineral touch with citrus accents. Textured and tightly woven on the palate, with a core of white vineyard peach wrapped up in the lively structure. Some fine reduction nuances on the finish, which shows very good length and secure development potential. (Disgorged 06/21, PM).
