Light salmon pink with pink reflections and a persistent mousse. Nuances of fresh white apple, preserved cherries and a hint of wild berries, with some delicate blossom honey too. The palate is taut, with medium complexity of cherry fruit and a fresh, animating style. A lively aperitif, and also a summery food companion. (Disgorged 07/23, PM).
