Playful and light-footed, precise and deep at the same time. Aromas of acacia blossom, jasmine, citrus zest, fine brioche, fresh salted butter and a hint of liquorice. Great balance on the palate between ripe, fresh acidity, smoothness and intensity. The perfume of the yeast lingers for a long time, the dosage is perfectly placed - a hedonistic champagne full of elegance.
