Brilliant, medium golden yellow colour. Fine aromas of butter cake, ripe pear, yellow peach and a hint of almond cake. Juicy, well-integrated acidity with finely woven mousse. Subtle tartness of quince and coriander seeds provide depth and structure on the palate. Refreshing citrus accents and red berry fruit on the finish with a lasting impression. Certain ageing potential.
