Medium, bright yellow gold colour. Subtle aromas of Mirabelle plum, peach, green apple and a hint of fresh herbs. Creamy on the palate, supported by fine bubbles, juicy acidity and a subtle hint of sweetness that lends texture and structure. Mouth-watering citrus notes and a delicate saltiness linger for a medium-long time. A good aperitif.
