Tasting Notes
Light golden yellow with silver reflections and small, fine-grained bubbles. Fragrant on the nose, of bread crust, yellow peach and ripe pear, also reminiscent of nougat. Ripe fruit and fine bubbles on the palate, lacks fruit in the middle section and finishes quickly.
More about the tastingBrilliant straw yellow with a delicate copper sheen. Hazelnut and apricot on the nose, with subtle hints of brown bread, some smoke and a cherry finish. Slightly phenolics on the palate, the mousse is well integrated but finishes bitter.
More about the tastingBright straw yellow with a persistent, finesse-rich mousse. Ripe peach, candied orange zest, golden apple and delicate creamy nuances on the nose, with a cold smoky aftertaste. Very vivid on the palate, opens up with great drive, racy and clear, lingers for a long time.
