Tasting from 26.09.2025: Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem

Pale straw yellow with a drop of copper. Fruity, subtle notes of pear yoghurt, white peach and almond flakes, with a hint of oyster shell on the finish. Savoury on the palate, with beautiful fruit and medium length, somewhat simple overall.
