Tasting Notes
Medium golden yellow with silver reflections and a delicate, vital mousse. Subtle herbal savouriness on the nose, with smoky and nutty white stone fruit, subtle nuances of brioche and wood. Complex, taut and almost powerful on the palate with a round fruit sweetness, hints of greengage and yellow plums, and a mineral and fresh edge. Shows good length, making for a tight-knit food companion with certain ageing potential. (Degorgiert 01/23, PM).
