The red wine Sereno Rosso Colline Lucchesi DOC, vintage 2018 from the winery Villa Santo Stefano has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Intense ruby with an impenetrable core. A penetrating bouquet of prune, rum steeped fruit, marmalade and mint, then smoked bacon and a little candy. Spreads out on the palate, fine velvety with opulence and fullness, yet harmonious, shows good texture and lingers long on the finish.
