Tasting Notes
Straw-coloured. A scent of yeast and beeswax, with sweet berries in the background and a hint of balsamic tertiary notes too. In the mouth, the wine is tightly built, powerful, with pithy acidity and fresh mousse. It finishes intensely floral, with a slight phenolic grip.
