Bright, pale straw yellow with a fine mousse. Present and inviting nose of nougat and yeast pastries, with a hint of almonds and light honey, ripe peach. Beautiful playfulness on the palate, unfolds with notes of peach and yeast pastry, then honeycomb in the delicately bitter finish.
