Brilliant onion colour with very fine mousse. Elegant bouquet, with notes of fresh cranberries and cherries, followed by rosehip and subtle yeasty notes. With an elegant mousse on the palate, very balanced and CARRIED by invigorating acidity, right into the long finish.
