Bright, sparkling apricot with the finest, persistent bubbles. Inviting and delicate on the nose, with notes of wild raspberries, mandarins, candle wax, and cold smoke—full of finesse. Very wine-like on the palate, with the finest, subtle effervescence; elegant, balanced, with plenty of fruit sweetness, yet bone-dry—drinks very well!
