Brilliant straw yellow with golden reflections. Rich bouquet of Golden Delicious, ripe stone fruit with a delicate background of chamomile, honey blossom and a touch of crème brûlée. Taut, full-bodied attack on the palate with a wonderfully tangy yet elegant acidity and delicate mousse. Complex, pithy, straightforward finish with minerality. Exciting elegance.
