Bright yellow tinted with green, persistent, with a very fine mousse. Intense nose with aromas of grapefruit, salted almonds and pastry. Purposeful and rich on the palate, unfolds in the front with a lot of drive, a fine mousse and saltiness, then in the back it is decidedly creamy and salty. Long finish.
