Tasting Notes
Dark cherry red with brightening edges. Opens on the nose of black bread and brioche, then also reminiscent of pickled plum and pepper. Good juiciness and fine mousse on the palate, clear and with slightly loosely knit tannins, balanced on the finish, of medium length.
More about the tastingDark ruby red in colour with subtle brightening on the rim and a persistent, large-grained mousse. On the nose, initially butter shortbread, forest fruits, then cherry, plum and yeasty notes. The juicy palate is dry with a clear fruit core and well-integrated mousse, well-made overall, albeit simple.
