The semi-sparkling carbonated wine Metodo Classico Lambrusco Salamino di Santa Croce DOC Brut from the winery Cantina VentiVenti has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay, Lambrusco from the region Emilia-Romagna in Italy.
Clear, bright ruby red with pink reflections. Notes of blackcurrant, some sour cherry and elderberry on the nose, black tea and liquorice at the base. Initially lively with plenty of freshness and juice, medium-bodied, shows structure and and an integrated mousse. Clear, slightly spicy and quite dry on the finish.
