Tasting Notes
Clear, bright ruby red with pink reflections. Notes of blackcurrant, some sour cherry and elderberry on the nose, black tea and liquorice at the base. Initially lively with plenty of freshness and juice, medium-bodied, shows structure and and an integrated mousse. Clear, slightly spicy and quite dry on the finish.
