The semi-sparkling carbonated wine Metodo Classico Brut, vintage 2020 from the winery Cantina VentiVenti has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Lambrusco from the region Emilia-Romagna in Italy.
Brilliant, radiant lemon yellow. Notes of fresh brown bread on the nose, slightly yeasty, then cider pears and lemon balm, also some almonds and walnuts. Crisp on the palate, opens on rich pome fruit notes, greenish-yellow apple, shows good tension, medium weight, goes tightly into the finish on grapefruit.
