Tasting Notes

Tasting from 11.10.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Unfiltered, intense aroma, slightly burning, yellow apple, mango and banana peel, aniseed, orange peel, damp brick. Compact, not too powerful structure that keeps elegance and linearity in view. Beautiful flow with vital, calm acidity, creamy, delicately savoury, mineral, appears very natural, at peace with itself.
