Tasting from 23.11.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Finely nuanced nose with apple and citrus fruit, stone fruit, spice, some lemongrass. Lean and tightly built with good proportions, lots of juice, tension and also density, the acidity is well integrated; amazing what is packed into this slender format!
