Tasting from 23.11.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Fruity nose of fine, ripe fruit, guava, apricot and apple. Juicy on the palate, slender structure, very finely executed, some freshly grated lemon zest, fine phenolic tartness, ripe and lively acidity, well woven, elegant and delicate.
