Tasting from 26.11.2019: Ulrich Sautter und Rainer Schäfer

A hint of spontaneous fermentation, some apple, but not too extreme, the variety is also still recognisable, with nutty aromas. Full-bodied on the palate, fine phenolics and clear tactile-mineral undertones. A bundled, sinewy varietal type with plenty of drive and tension.
