Tasting from 23.11.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Slenderly framed Pinot Gris with good flow, smelling of pear and apple but also with darker aromas, apple peel, spices and some malt. Spicy and juicy on the palate, with fine phenolics, discreet sweetness and astringency.
