Pale salmon pink. On the nose, notes of sugared red berries, a hint of yeast and some herbal-spicy aromas. Initially smooth on the palate, with an intense sweetness, releases its tension with juicy acidity and a dynamic mousse, followed by a full-bodied finish of good length.
