Bright, shiny silver-grey with olive-green reflections and numerous fine pearls. Initially somewhat shy on the nose, then opens up to yellow apple, light almond notes and subtle floral nuances. On the palate there is a fine-grained mousse and a certain juiciness, underpinned by a slight hint of bitterness, appears particularly yellow-fruited, lacks a bit of persistence.
