Tasting Notes
Brilliant silver with persistent mousse. Elegant, compact nose of juicy lemon, fresh pear, underpinned by a white floral scent. On the palate, emphatically citrus with finely integrated mousse, shows a lot of length, lively acidity, developing towards a compact and rounded finish.
