Clear, bright silver, lots of fine-grained, persistent mousse. Very fragrant and fine nose, opens with notes of hawthorn blossom, fresh, crisp apple, plus lightly aromatic jasmine flowers. Round and balanced in its flow, prances along lightly, yet always vivid, elegant and precise.
