Bright silver-grey with the finest mousse. Fragrant nose of white flowers, white stone fruit and green apple. Juicy on the palate, finely dosed, with notes of white blossom, drinks without frills.

Clear green yellow with lots of fine-grained mousse. Finely drawn nose with notes of pear, white melon and acacia blossom. Round and creamy on the palate, develops very smoothly, with a salty finish.
