Bright straw yellow with subtle green reflections. On the nose, initially slightly reductive, then orange blossom, lemon juice, fragrant jasmine and hints of sea salt. Compact on the palate with fresh honey, waxy notes and pear, juicy with perfect dosage and good length. Classy!
