Tasting from 06.10.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red with a subtle brightening edge. On the nose blood oranges, raspberries, subtle hints of roasted hazelnuts, reverberating on dried rose petal. On the palate great juiciness and clear fruit, shows deep and earthy, balanced, comes in many layers, resonates long, salty.
