Rich, impenetrable ruby red with a slightly lightening edge. A multi-layered nose with hints of ripe plum and blackcurrant is supported by touches of coffee and leather. Well balanced on the palate, with plenty of dark fruit and gripping tannin leading to a long finish.
More about the tastingRadiant ruby purple with delicately brightening rim. Inviting, fragrant nose of cinnamon sticks, ripe blackberries, old leather, reverberating on fine chocolate. On the palate integrated tannins, shows power and drive plus concentrated fruit. A long finish and very approachable but with certain ageing potential.
