Tasting Notes
Rich, almost impenetrable ruby purple in colour. A very rich inviting nose of ripe dark currants and elderberries, with notes of sandalwood and dark chocolate too. It's creamy and rounded on the palate, with a lot of sweet texture, whilst underneath a lot of fine-grained, dense tannin provides the backbone. An echo of the ripe dark berry notes on the very long finish, very long finish.
