Tasting Notes
Bright, intense ruby red. Delicately savoury nose of blackberry, cassis, rich ripe cherry, delicate notes of roasted hazelnut, Mediterranean herbs and dark chocolate. The palate initially has a fine texture texture, balanced acidity and tightly woven tannins, a clear fruit core of red bell pepper and wild berries underpinned by fine savouriness, with a full-bodied finish.
