Rich ruby red colour with a light brightening on the rim. Subtle rum-pot aromas on the nose, with nuances of rich Amarena cherry and plum compote, herbaceous, spicy and slightly leathery in the background. Mouth-filling and fruity on the palate, with fine-grained tannins, drying out a bit on the finish, still seems youthful, has plenty of ageing potential.
