Tasting Notes
Dark ruby red colour. Nose of bread crust, wood, cold smoke, then lots of dark berry fruit, with a fine liquorice and mint aftertaste. Hearty on the palate, with a broad arc of tension and subtle juiciness, showing savoury tannins, with plenty of drive and a slight dryness on the finish.
