Sparkling, light straw yellow, intensely bright. Opens with a multi-layered bouquet, some nuts, then pear, also fine brioche tones, very clear. Juicy in the attack and on the palate, voluminous, fine matured tones, hints of butter cookies and hazelnuts, fine mineral notes, lots of fine perlage.
More about the tastingA sparkling, bright straw yellow, intensely luminous. Opens with complex notes, a hint of nuts, followed by pear, as well as subtle brioche tones; very clear. On the palate, it is very juicy from the first sip through the finish; it is full-bodied, with lovely mature notes of butter cookies and hazelnuts, subtle mineral notes, and plenty of fine-grained effervescence.
