Tasting Notes
Intense straw yellow with brilliant lustre. Distinct yeast notes and fresh crusty white bread on the nose, yellow plum later on, some lemon balm. Dry on the palate with a slightly drying flavour, very fine mousse, clean, razor-sharp finish.
More about the tastingRadiant and intense light gold with fine mousse. On the nose subtle exotic fruit, pineapple, dried banana pieces, butter croissant, a touch of beeswax, with apricot on the aftertaste. Expressive palate and with a great structure, appears in the approach and course as clean as a whistle, spreads with a light creaminess over the palate, very dry, juicy and long finish.
