A lovely lift of earth, herbal savouriness, a distinct ethereal lift as of crushed hayflowers. Wonderfully aromatic. The palate is resonant with white pepper, tingling with freshness, suffused with ripe, red almost candied redcurrant. Gorgeous, fresh, wonderfully textured. Beguiling red-fruited finish.
